The majority of Servosteel production employees have now completed their studies in "Business Improvement Techniques", with Performance Through People. This National Vocational Qualification Level 2 has been focused on Process Pathways.

The following photographs are of just a few of the members after receiving their City & Guilds Certificates.

The results of the course will be benefits in operational technique and service within the workplace and as such will be felt by our customers.
